Man with a shack! Later this month, once the school are open, Ray Charles and his team are set to leave Cape Town , where he will travel on foot along the N1 to Johannesburg pulling a branded shack under the careful eye of the thousands of motorists passing by, as well as our support vehicle. This project is being done in order to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit, non-governmental housing organisation that provides small upfront loans to families in need of houses. The structure will be mounted on mountain-bike shocks and wheels and weigh in at between 160 and 200kg.

After that, Chaplin plans to tackle Skiing to the South Pole, the North Pole and climbing Mount Everest by 2010.
